The Naomi Neoh studio showroom is located in the heart of beautiful Pimlico, just a few minutes walk from either Victoria or Pimlico stations. We have proudly created a welcoming and intimate space for you to relax and enjoy your wedding dress journey in private. With our studio just downstairs where we design and bring to life new gowns, you get a real feel of the creative energy amongst the whole Naomi Neoh team. We believe the experience of choosing and creating your wedding gown should be an exciting one, and most importantly, should be focused on you, the bride.
We hold our full Naomi Neoh collection at our showroom in sample sizes 8 & 12.
All appointments are private and by bookings only. From time to time our samples leave the showroom to go on exciting photo shoots, so if you have particular gowns in mind that you would like to try on please let us know before your appointment so we can check their availability.
What to expect:
As previously mentioned we have proudly created a welcoming intimate space with a relaxed vibe for you to enjoy, one of our friendly bridal stylistswill begin your appointment by getting to know you a little and what you’re looking for. We then talk through the process of the appointment and how we work. Don’t worry if you have absolutely no idea what you’re looking for, our stylists have lots of experience and will help you pick out a variety of styles to suit you.
We’ll start by selecting 4 dresses and then our stylists will talk you through anything you need to know and make further try-on suggestions depending on your feedback.
We love honesty, don’t be shy! We’re a friendly bunch and we won’t be offended if you don’t like something, a no is just as informative as a yes so just give us the nod and we’ll move onto a different style. The more honest feedback you give us the more we will be able to help you create your perfect bridal look, so communication is key!
Our top tips for first appointments:
Start early – We recommend you start shopping for your wedding dress around 12 months prior to your wedding date. This will give you the time to look around and think about your options.
Limit your guests – We know how exciting it is when you start dress shopping however too many opinions can quickly change the vibe. Limit the number of guests for first appointments, you can always bring more people once you’ve found your top 4 dresses to get alternative opinions.
No pictures- We politely ask you not to take photos at your first appointment, we know its hard to remember every dress you tried on however this is what makes the process easier, you wont forget the feeling you got when you put a dress on that you loved! We also give you all the information of the dresses you love and you can come back to try them on again.
Be open minded- Wedding dress’ fit and look very different on, When in a first appointment we advice you pick 4 dresses of different styles that you like to get a good idea of what works and doesn’t work for you. A no is just as informative as a yes in the wedding dress world.
You’re the one wearing the dress - remember this is YOUR dress; the most important thing is that you are in love with your dress, and feel happy and confident.
All appointments are 1 hour long and incur a £30 appointment fee. The appointment fee is non-refundable, however is redeemable against the cost of your dress if you place an order with us. We offer a 30 minute follow up appointment free of charge should you wish to pop back again for a second appointment.
In the event you need to change your appointment please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and we will be happy to reschedule it for you.
Guidelines for appointments:
All of our dresses are corseted so there is no need to wear a bra on your wedding day, however if you do wish to wear a bra in your trying-on appointments please wear a good well fitting strapless bra.
Please do not wear fake tan or excessive make-up to appointments or fittings as this can transfer to the delicate fabrics of the dresses.
Please remove any sharp jewellery which could catch on the dress. Our dresses are made from very delicate fabrics which can easily snag if caught on jewellery or watches.
We politely ask that you bring no more than 2 guests with you. We are limited on space and so it is difficult to comfortably accommodate large groups. Having too many people at an appointment can also become very overwhelming and distracting for the bride, having too many opinions can be unbeneficial.
